Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers clean, comfortable rooms with lovely sea views and friendly service. The location is convenient for walks and has a nice atmosphere. The dining experience had some ups and downs but overall satisfactory.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were spacious and clean, offering a comfortable bed and efficient blackout blinds. However, being close to the noisy lift was a bit of a downside. The service was top-notch, especially during these times, providing a large and very comfortable bed. The location was beautiful, perfect for a lovely walk to the harbor for dinner and close to various attractions. The dining experience was excellent value for money, with a variety of options to choose from. Overall, a great choice for a stay.
The hotel is located near the beach with a great view and friendly staff. The rooms, although a bit small, were suitable for a short stay, especially with a nice spacious shower room. The service was welcoming, but there was a tendency to keep doors and windows open. The location was excellent for exploring the harbor and the town center. Dining had its highs and lows, with some fantastic options but disappointments as well. Overall, a pleasant stay with minor room for improvement.
Upon arrival off a US red-eye flight, we received a very friendly welcome at the hotel. The rooms were warm but lacked the option to open windows, and it was disappointing that our dog couldn't join us in the bar area for meals, making us venture out to eat in town. The hotel almost gave me a jail-like room ambiance.
The hotel is superbly located by the sea front, offering a partial view of the English Channel. The rooms are spotless with a huge comfy bed and pillows, and generous free toiletries. The staff is exceptionally kind and attentive, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable, including providing additional equipment for special needs. The dining experience is satisfactory with a wide choice of tasty options. Overall, great value for the price paid.
The hotel is perfectly situated on the cliff top with stunning views across to France, nestled just above the zig-zag to the beach and promenade. The rooms were spacious and tidy, featuring comfy beds away from the lift, making it convenient for luggage. The service was warm and accommodating, with the staff offering extra water and fresh milk upon arrival. The dining experience, while not perfect, was still value for money, featuring fresh fruits for breakfast. The location is in a lovely, quiet area on the Leas immediate to the seafront, ideal for exploring the town and enjoying leisurely walks.
The hotel offers a good standard with lovely bathrooms, plenty of hot water, and powerful showers. The complimentary toiletries are of good quality. However, there was noise from neighboring guests, and the room was very hot, necessitating additional fans.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel - the rooms were small but nice, with comfy beds and well-equipped bathrooms, but they lacked a bit of welcoming atmosphere. The service, however, was top-notch; the staff were extremely friendly and genuinely helpful. The location was quite convenient, close to lovely restaurants and offering beautiful walks by the sea. The dining experience was good, though at times disorganized and with waiting times for certain items. Overall, a decent value for money stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a lovely stay at the hotel. The rooms were clean and modern, and the bar and public spaces were really nice. However, I was woken up early by noisy children in the room above. The room was a bit hot and stuffy, and the standalone cooling unit had a moldy smell and didn't cool effectively. On the bright side, the room had robes, slippers, tea/coffee making facilities, and complimentary mineral water.
The hotel offers excellent value for money with rooms overlooking the sea, even though they were a bit on the small side and the bathroom slightly cramped. Very clean and nicely furnished. The service was exceptional but needed better supply management. The location is a prime spot near the sea, despite the challenge of water splashing in the bathroom. Dining was generally good but could use more attention to avoid running out. The facilities were satisfactory.
The hotel has a superb location overlooking the sea, making it great for a stroll along the beach. The rooms, while comfortable with an excellent bathroom, were a bit small for easy movement around the generously sized bed. The service was friendly, but there were a few hiccups with the AC. The dining experience could use improvement, as the breakfast organization was a bit shaky. Overall, a good value for the convenient location and clean facilities.
The hotel had very warm rooms but with a lovely view and impressive high ceilings, although opening windows in advance would have been better. The service was super helpful and friendly, providing extra assistance when needed, especially through Book. The location was superb, overlooking the sea and close to the town center, with spacious rooms. The dining experience was top-notch, catering for various tastes. Overall, a great stay with minor room temperature issues.
